Leaders face a dramatically new scene requiring a different script.

The CE Class provides the opportunity for CEOs to create new playbooks that will shape the future. Exchange ideas with CEO’s of peer organisation’s from a range of sectors to reflect, problem solve, learn and grow. 

The CE Class is limited to 6 participants on a peer, no-conflict of interest basis. This is a relaxed, secure, collaborative process of co-creating and sharing the learning experience. Chatham House Rules will apply.

Discussion will be informed by selected readings and ISL’s learnings from our own research and insights. 

In addition, each CEO will prepare a ‘leadership challenge’ on an issue they are facing. This will be presented to your peers to ask questions, provide insights and share experiences for mutual learning.
